And I try to really focus having more protein, especially most women, most of us don't get enough protein and to begin with, right? I have a balanced diet. I try to eat organic, real, whole foods. So kind of like an ancestral diet, right? I eat organs, I eat poultry, I eat fish, I kind of eat fruits and vegetables. I don't demonize food. I really think that's a bad, bad, bad thing to do.

I'm Pakistani and I'm from the north of Pakistan where we tend to consume a lot of meat. We like, we come from a big barbecue culture. It is something not foreign to us. It's part of our staple food.
