I think a lot of people have started using like food as an emotional crutch or just to get through things. We're eating for the sake of eating versus eating with purpose.
I was at a friend's house yesterday and they're like, literally like eating a tub of ice cream. There's eating ice cream. They're like, we're on Manjaro. And I was like, like, Sure. Great. I'm just looking at them and I'm like, and they asked my husband, they're like, you're not taking it. I was like, no, he's not taking it. He's making lifestyle choices like he's not taking this shit.

You know what I mean? Like he he works out. He he's going to do it the right way because I and that doesn't mean like people I don't know have done it. It's fine. But what I'm saying is you're not fixing the problem. You get to the root cause and retrain your body versus just being dependent on one thing or the other.

I agree 100%. And listen, people like somebody, a doctor told me yesterday, right, because my hormones have been a little bit all over the place. And he's like, hey, your estrogen has been low for so long, you should take, he said, like very, very, very, very low dose semaglutide. Because if your bones, it helps with bone density because I'm worried about your bones or whatever.

So I've taken my weight training from one day, two days a week to four or five days a week, right? I'm lifting a lot right now to compensate for that. And I'd rather boost my levels naturally. It's really great for like building that, you know, the collagen and elastis and especially as you're aging, you need that to go with your body. So I think it's a great peptide for men and for women.
