But why are we not trying to fix the root cause? And yes, some people are at the point that they're super obese and they just are so tired and they're exhausted and they have kids and they cannot do it any other way.

What are you actually putting in your body? What are you putting in your mouth, right? What are you opening your mouth and actually putting in? Is it clean? Is it organic? Is it non-processed food? Are you getting in enough movement? I just think that we're going towards pharmaceutical companies, again, for solutions on our health, which I think is giving up too much control.

Is there a place for it? Absolutely. There's people that need it. Some people will have a different opinion to me, but some people are just to the point that they're so... And they're so large, they're tired, they don't know what to do, and that sets them off on a good starting point. But I think it should be bigger than that.

There should be a lifestyle, aggressive lifestyle modifications that need to be made at the same time. And I'll tell you guys something fun. So when I was starting my fertility treatments, they said, hey, you need to balance out your insulin levels and all that stuff. It needs to be... moderated, you know, so you're not having insulin spikes because I was not wearing a tracker.
There should be a lifestyle, aggressive lifestyle modifications that need to be made at the same time. And I'll tell you guys something fun. That does not mean you should go eat a chocolate cake, but you can eat it, and it'll neutralize that.
