Oh, it definitely is.
We're seeing big numbers taking Spanish every year.
So I have some figures in front of me here from last year.
So we had 11,663 last year.
which compared to 10,308 in 24.
So it's increasing every year.
So we're not to French level yet, but we're getting there.
And in junior cycle, you know, we had 19,369.
So if that trend continues, we hope to have a knock-on effect then on the number of students Spanish at Levenshart level.
And great news for Spanish teachers and anybody that's kind of doing Spanish at university and
and taking it on to degree level and hoping for a Spanish job.
OK, so, you know, Spanish is the last one for a lot of the students.
You know, they're finishing up and it's a long slog to get to the Spanish at the end.
But one piece of advice that I would give is, you know, have all their notes and all ready to go because they will be tired.
You know, have all your flashcards and keep them in a safe place and all that and your opinion pieces.
But yeah, the exam, it's divided into three sections again, but like the French, so 220 marks in total.
And like the French teacher there said, you know, the oral's out of the way.
So 25% is now gone.
So there's marks in the bag.
So you're starting, you're not starting off from scratch.
