You know, women CEOs got a lot more attention than men.
And so when you're going through a crisis, first of all, you've got to understand the crisis down to the details as opposed to we have a recall.
Sit down and get your R&D and manufacturing guys and say, tell me about this in a lot more detail.
Ask all the questions you need to ask to understand exactly the root cause of the crisis.
Then let them give you a plan as to how they're going to address it.
