So I've got a graph up on the screen for anybody watching, and it shows five different types of brainwaves. Gamma brainwaves, which are very close brainwaves. Beta, less close. Alpha, less close. Beta, less close. And then delta, which is when you're sort of sleeping, dreaming. The waves are very, very far apart, almost flat. Yeah.
