um acai mix itself so it'll just be completely dependent and it gains a lot of popularity really because it has it's high in polyphenols which would be a type of antioxidant um so it brings down any of that stress any of that oxidative stress in the body but so if i have one of these a day am i going to be more chilled out
well that would be that would be a nice concept wouldn't it when i buy it i think i'm the healthiest person in the world but that might be the case right no it's like with anything really you know variety and balance matter because typically it's topped with your granola you know maybe and nuts nut butter some people might get your nutella biscoff can become a popular one now fruits
coconut flakes etc so the variety can be quite significant and what someone chooses on the top of it will be the dependent of i guess the health focus of it i thought they didn't come without biscoff and nutella
It is probably the drawing factor for a lot of people.
You know, as you say, the generation that's coming may have that conscious effect on it.
The health benefits from it can be seen with some of those aspects like the fibre, like the antioxidants, but it's all about pairing it right throughout the day, making sure you're looking at that balance from all your nutrients.
