Well, generally, I still approach things because I've seen the other way.

I've seen people just throw their weight around and do other.

And I don't like that.

I don't like witnessing it.

I've seen people I respect and talent I respect, like talking to people any kind of way.

And they maintain that that is how you get things done.

That's the worst.

But yeah, it is the worst.

And I feel like what I've done is taken a step back and realized like everybody who's a part of something for the most part wants it to be good and wants to do a good job.

And so talking to people like they don't want that is like everybody loses.
