And then we start talking about the history of the evolution of scheme and game plans and all strategy.
I just want to watch number 81 on the screen.
And he goes, it gets to be a little bit more involved as opposed to I'm focusing on this one guy.
We never can focus on the one guy.
I think that was pretty interesting.
But that's a good strategy really for both sides to get a different vantage point of how to look at it.
Well, and I think โ here's the one thing I think that people don't realize because a lot of times they say, well, a scout and a coach would probably look at it from the same set of eyes.
But in reality โ
I think a coach in a lot of ways has a different vantage point because sometimes they understand the scheme of what maybe is being asked of a player.
So I think sometimes you have a benefit of having a coach and a scout to sit and watch together because I think the coach in a lot of ways can explain what is being asked of a player in that particular scheme.
Whereas the scout, by watching it on his own, may not know that.
So I think it gives a deeper understanding of the talents or lack of talents of some players if you understand what is being asked of that player.
Absolutely.
And then from Liam's perspective there,
Yeah, he's got to figure out if he can play special teams too.
So it's not just defense, you know, in theory, especially for some of these later round picks.
They're probably going to be out there on teams if they're going to make the team.
Well, I don't think there's any doubt.
And I think that, in my opinion, that that's got to be one of the hardest positions that there is to evaluate.
Sure, yeah.
