Some Jaguars offices officially opened this week.
The ribbon cutting at One Tower Court happened earlier this week, on Wednesday, in fact.
And Jaguars team president Mark Lamping, the mayor Donna Deegan were there, a bunch of dignitaries, city council people, all in attendance.
And the first Class A office building opened in the downtown Jacksonville area in nearly 20 years.
2007, I think, was the last one.
The Jaguars business offices will hold the second, third, and fourth floors.
There are tenants scheduled to move into the fifth and sixth floors.
There's a YMCA location on the ground floor that is open to any YMCA member in the Duval County area.
And there will be a restaurant that opens very soon on the ground floor as well.
It's a fantastic space for the Jaguars business offices.
There were tours held right after the ribbon-cutting outside.
So progress on that side, that means all the business people are out of the stadium, so construction can continue there.
And that's where the home will be for the business office from now on.
I think it's one of the, if not the most, one of the most spectacular buildings in all of downtown.
I think architecture is beautiful on the outside.
And the inside, I know, is absolutely going to be no slouch compared to the outside just because the design and the talents of Shauna Khan β
involved in that whole process man that's it's uh and i can't wait i'm gonna i'm gonna take a tour sometime in the next week it's pretty nice and check it out and then of course the hotel right next door moving along very well and shauna very much involved in that and the design interior design certainly of that um they're not quite to that point yet but it's coming and it's moving fast so all that side of the the what is that gator bowl drive i guess officially over there
