It's happening.
There's a lot going on over there.
Yeah, and there's got to be a lot of kind of symmetry working together with the coaching staff because, you know, look, I'll never forget one of the longtime personnel guy that I talked to years ago said to me, said, look, he said, you never want to draft somebody that the coaching staff doesn't believe or support, right?
Because if all of a sudden you give them somebody that they didn't want any part of, what's that going to look like?
I mean, and so you got to have everybody kind of rolling in that same direction on the same page, whatever you want to kind of say from scouting and coaching.
They've got to be working, I don't want to say hand-in-hand, but they have to make sure that they're in agreement whenever they do make a pick.

We're not looking back.
I think it exists now.

I mean, I remember hearing past GMs talk about all this β
You know, consensus stuff, and it was total garbage.
It was total garbage because it didn't happen.
I remember after the draft, I'll give you a perfect example.

I need names.
Come on, man.
I happen to talk to one of the position coaches.
