And like it was during the lockdown where finally the world did stop for me.

I mean, I hate saying that because it wasn't a great time.

for people but for me personally it was really nice to stop and to not have that sense of guilt for stopping yes like I'd always been worried it was taken out of your control exactly why that somebody else was doing what I should have been doing and all that it was like no everything stopped so you can actually turn off now and when that happened I was like I was tired I realized I was actually really tired and when this so when we got pregnant again I was like oh man
