He is someone who looks at the facts and applies the law to it and comes up with a conclusion.
That's what he does.
No more and no less.
Well, that wasn't his job.
His job was to investigate a case.
His job was to establish the evidence and find the evidence.
And then his job was to determine if it applied to the law and then charge somebody.
That's what he had to do.
His job was not to go public.
His job wasn't to talk to the media.
His job wasn't to be out in the public eye.
His job was to do his job.
And that's what he did.
So we worked on cases together and we had offices next to each other for many, many years.
