It's funny with this stuff. I encounter a lot like people will hear something like this and be like, oh, that sounds exactly like every New Age book I've ever heard. It's just people regurgitating New Age theories or like religious beliefs. It's frustrating for me because I'm always like, well, what if it's completely the opposite?
What if this has been happening to people and this is what's caused the religions, right? That would make more sense almost. Yes. This is real.

It's so interesting. And also the fact that religions have so many similarities, even across continents separated by oceans. Right. It would actually make quite a lot of sense.

That is so interesting. The question I have is, as a person who's dedicated so much of your life to this work... Are there any things that frustrate you with strangers or colleagues in terms of misconceptions or beliefs or just really anything? Even if it's just a small frustration, I have to imagine you have some.

That's incredible. What are, um, what are some of the stories or anecdotes from your research that still blow you away when you think back to them? I'm sure, I'm sure it gets normal to you at a certain point, but are there any really weird ones that stand out?

Huh. You know, it's such a, that's incredible, of course, but it's also so strange and insignificant, right? Like, um, I, I, We were talking about frustrations. I think... I guess a frustration I have is that people always jump to the assumption that everyone's making this stuff up.

And in reality, so many of these stories, it's like... not something they would make up. Like, why would you ever make that up? Nobody would ever make up something so ridiculous like that. It's so specific and so small, right? Like, that's just not the type of story that people create. No, and it was verified by the doctor.

That is so wild. I was talking to you about anecdotes that still blow you away. Are there any other ones that stick out to you as particularly strange or ones you find yourself thinking about?
