of course there's disappointment and sadness and heartbreak.

And I was absolutely distraught at the end of that game, you know, just because of what you invest in, in, um, emotionally, physically, mentally, um, just, you know, you, you, you put every, every fiber of your being into, into, into that moment.

And then when it, when it's over, it's yeah, of course it's, there's the, it's heartbreaking and disappointing, but absolutely no regret.

I think we knew that,

we gave the absolute best account of ourselves that we could have.

And then, yeah, and then it's just, it's easy to accept the outcome when you know you've left it all out there.

And just, you know, even sitting here talking about the World Cup again every time, it doesn't – you know, I so hope that I'll have the opportunity to be at my third one this summer.

But it's the opportunity to be a part of something like that again is just – it gives me such –

it gives me like life.

And then, you know, I don't know, it just, it fills me with such, you know, this is, this is what you do.

It's what you do it for.

It's like I said, it's, it's the culmination of everything that you invest in, put in over years to try and have the chance to be a part of these experiences.

And,

For these guys, so many of them, this young, talented group that are going to go there for the first time.

For me, physically, I'm there.

I'm back playing every week in the moment in the Bundesliga.

We've got a tough road the last few games here.

Obviously, I've had a bit of a roller coaster with injuries over the last 12 months too, but I found myself a good rhythm and balance that means that I'm able to play every week.

So I'm giving myself the best opportunity for hopefully for selection and to be on the pitch, you know, again this summer.

But yeah, the thought of being able to go through this experience again with those guys and give them a taste of what that means and what it can look like gives me, yeah, nothing makes me more excited.
