I started the podcast and really just reclaiming my own worth and awakening to just knowing there's so much more than what we know in this life.

It's a really good question. Definitely innate. I always knew there was something more to life when I was younger. I just never took things for face value. And I was always into all of like the woo woo stuff, high school, always looking at astrology, um, acupuncture. And then of course it just kind of expanded.

But as you open yourself up and you say yes to the journey, yes to knowing that there's more within yourself and to life, there's no going back. So choose life, choose life, choose more. So it's a mixture of both, but it definitely was innate.
