They've been here longer than I've been here.
They're very Minneapolis.
And at this point, you know, multiple generations they have been here.
And so it's not like there's a location where you can go to get a bunch of undocumented Somalis.
Those locations don't exist because, again, for the most part, they're citizens.
Right, right.
Yeah.
Yeah.
I mean, I don't break down, but, but yes, um,
And when somebody commits fraud, you investigate, you prosecute, you charge, you get a conviction, and yeah, you put the person in jail as an individual.
You don't hold an entire community accountable.
You hold the person accountable as an individual.
It's just a very basic American value and law enforcement value.
And it's shocking and concerning that we're getting so far straight from that.
I'm certain that's part of it.
With anything law enforcement related, there's always more than one causal factor.
But look, we got 600 cops in the city.
We have fewer officers per capita than virtually any major city in the country.
And I would argue I would argue we need them even more just for on a per capita basis.
We are very low.
