It's a two-phase commit algorithm for coming to consensus about the next block.

But what I'll say is our focus and what we do better than anyone else.

And that is coming to consensus and having proof of secure consensus as fast as possible, given the security guarantees and default tolerance guarantees that tournament provides.

And we use this to create a network of blockchains that can talk to each other and interoperate.

And that's called Cosmos.
