The setting that I was in knew that the song was going to switch for this, which is crazy to me.
So I'm already in the room, this song is ending, and then a new song comes on.
And the new song starts out with this, it's just like a kick drum, and it just goes boom, boom, boom.
And that's how it starts.
And every hit of the kick drum
In my journey, these walls are getting shaken and punched and there's stuff yelling on the outside of it.
And it sounds like something's trying to get in.
And I look at my guide and I'm like, what is that?
And he goes, those are the bad things.
He's like, those are the bad parts of you.
He says, you beat them.
Only you can let them back in.
He's like, they can be gone for the rest of your life.
Only you can let them back in.
And obviously that was a pretty profound moment for me.
And maybe that's what he was doing while I was gone.
Maybe he was caging them up.
He tells me all that.
