Obviously, I hope he does.
You hope he does.
But I don't hear a lot of owners say that.
Because, look, this isn't even about money anymore.
Right?
He's been blessed.
He's very successful.
Grew up in, obviously, a successful family with his dad and all that.
But I think you want to accomplish something.
You want to achieve something, like you said.
And you could come close.
Yeah, coming close is fine.
But you want to end your stewardship of both, not just one, New York franchises with a championship.
Or you're going to feel, I would think, as a competitive guy in business and in life, you'd feel like it's not complete.
Like your storyline's not complete.
And as we all know too well, there's just no way to guarantee that you ever get that championship.
The Yankees have gone 16 years now without it.
Right, for a team that's won more championships than any franchise.
Yeah, no doubt.
