It helps you connect to the characters, not just Vis, not just the main character, but it makes you feel connected to these other characters and you care about them and you care about their relationships.

I'm very regimented.
I sit down at 9 o'clock and I finish at 5.30 and I take like an hour and a half for lunch and I'm writing all day.
And it's not necessarily that I'm actually constructively getting words in on the page writing.
But that is my focus.
