Treat them well enough so they don't want to.

He has a great one with a coffee shop worker.
If you haven't heard it, go out there and find it.
I'll summarize it real quick.
He's at a hotel and he sits down for a cup of coffee.
The coffee shop guy says,
Simon goes, do you like your job?
And went out, missing a beat, responds, I love my job.
So he asked him, why that response?
Why is this company doing to give that response?
And he said, well, throughout the day, my managers, and not even just my managers, all managers stop in and go, how can I help?
How can I make your job better?
And then the person goes on and goes, I also do a coffee shop at another location.
