And then you talk to an employee and you yell very vague things and you're like, wait, or you ask them to do something and they go and, you know, it's like, wait, that wasn't what was asked of you.
I saw it was pretty point, but maybe I wasn't clear.
And you gotta try to clear up your explanation to them.
Um, like the whole notion of go get me a rock, you know, as a manager, you gotta be extra clear where on like programmer, when we're coding,
We tell the machine exactly what we wanted to do.

And they don't interpret it any other way.
They don't sit there and be like, well, they're telling me to turn the light green.
Well, all right, I'm going to turn it green.
I'm not going to ask, well, do you want lime green?
Do you want hue green?
Do you want this?
Or do, hey, how about blue?
Or like, bright icing would be better here.
It's just, I'm going to turn green.
It doesn't know if it has no other say to it.
So yeah, I just think that's probably the hardest thing, especially as programmers going from being very literal to dealing with vague information.

It's always great to take your best programmer and make him a manager of programming, programmers and stuff like that.
