Well, my guest today is something of an expert on both investment and perhaps our sentiments around how we invest.

It's Rasti Vabhav who runs the GetRare property agency.

He's a property portfolio advisor.

Interesting, he started as an architecture student.

He has studied in the US.

He has an MBA across a business.

He ran big institutional property funds at AMP and Westpac for some years and is now out in the streets buying property in the very different world of individual investment.

I may have mentioned on the show before, one of the best investor presentations I ever saw was Kerr Nielsen at his peak, the platinum management guru.

And his presentation was all about bias, which at the time I didn't find interesting.

I wanted him to tell me what stocks to buy right there and then that day.

And he was well beyond all that.

And he spoke about how bias holds investors back.

In terms of the share market, how you might, for instance, as an investor, have too much in the Australian share market and not enough overseas.
