And of course, now there's no excuse.

I mean, once upon a time, property was terribly local.

And you couldn't, well, you couldn't get much data.

I mean, you used to have to go to elaborate lengths to get the price of a house across the road from where you live.

Now you can go online and find out what it's sold for.
