You've got to be careful with emerging markets.

Not to overspend and hit that bubble and then be stuck with something that you overpaid for.
There's been a little bit of that already in new construction.
I've seen that with other builders.
Look, it's a fantastic place to live because you have everything you could possibly want in a major city.
