So I sail a Class 40, which is a very unforgiving boat, which is maybe if I move to a more forgiving boat, I can get a few more.

Well, you probably get to about, you top out in the high 20s in boat speed, but if you've got 40 knots of wind.

It's really fast.

Yeah, and it's not foiling.

So at least, although I've heard it's not black and white, at least with a foiling boat, you're kind of trying to dance over the waves with a, it's called a scow bow.

With a scow bow, you're trying to skim along the top, but they can slam down pretty hard, you know?

I'm going to do the Etchell Worlds in San Diego in May.

It's a short race, but I haven't got another class 40 race lined up.

I think the next one I'm looking at, which probably wouldn't be in the 40, would be the Newport to Bermuda, which I haven't done before, but I think would be quite fun.
