I think there's a lot of unknowns of how you're going to use it in the backfield, but I just think if you paid for that,
Can you find a way to have your play caller and your quarterback adjust?
Yeah, and they're both in unique situations.
I mean, we'll start in Denver because that's where I'm standing right now.
And, you know, I don't think anybody in football thinks they're going to go 12-3 in one-score games again or whatever it was.
The reason that that sentiment was out for him was, and I heard this from a lot of defensive coaches, like there's guys open.
Like Sean Payton is scheming guys open.
He's missing guys mostly to the benefit of Denver through quarters one through three.
And then when the fourth quarter rolls around, there's some aspect of Bo Nix that this gamer part comes out in him.
And he kind of plays a little bit freer.
And Sean said to me, and I think this is a great way to describe it, he used a basketball analogy comparing Bo Nix to Drew Brees.
And he was like, if we're inbounding the ball and we're down one,
and I have Drew as my point guard, we're calling a timeout, and we're setting something up, and we're going to design the perfect play, and Drew's going to do it, and we're going to win by one.
If I have Bo Nix as my starting point guard, and we're down by one, and we inbound the ball, I'm not calling timeout.
We're just going down the court and playing, because that's the way Bo works.
And so that aspect of Bo's game, they're trying to lean into, but they have a brand new play caller, and
you know, and Davis Webb coming in and does, if things don't start out well, does Deshaun come back in and want to kind of take back over play calling?
I mean, it's a huge unknown because Sean's never really done this before.
