We've put a lot on what romantic partners are supposed to do.

And I think social media has made this exponentially worse.

It has put it on steroids.

Because whatever you're doing, you know this, whatever you're doing, you're doing it wrong.

Someone's going to tell you you're doing it right, no matter how dumb it is.

And no matter how great it is, someone's going to tell you you're doing it totally wrong.

Totally wrong.

And now you're just like, okay, like information has become a form of garbage.

It comes at you from every direction all the time.

You can't get away from it really to some degree.

And now we're just all convinced like we're doing it wrong or we're doing it right and the other person's doing it wrong no matter what.

And we're just so, like we're just inundated with criticism.

And again, the answer to that, the solution to that is love.
