And I know you're not stupid.
And those are two really different things.
Because one of them is you're so much better than this.
And the other one is you suck.
And the world is really encouraging people.
I would actually say particularly women.
But social media is very much throwing at both genders, but mostly women.
that like, yeah, don't put up with anything less than perfect.
Like if you're not getting exactly what it is you need, someone's failing you.
And I don't know that that's true.
And I think criticism, like, you know, we criticize ourselves so heavily.
Men and women criticize ourselves so heavily.
Having someone in your corner who, like, is cheering for you, that's a good feeling.
That's a nice feeling.
It's something we all want.
Like, why does love on the spectrum hit us so hard in the gut?
Because these people are just, everything is in good faith.
Like, there's no hidden agenda.
