I wore a suit shirt, a button-down that I had made four or five years ago, and it still fit perfectly.
That's kind of a good status check.
We haven't lost any ground.
Yeah, no, thank you.
I was literally thinking about this the other day, just like,
When I first broke into the league, I threw 95, 96, 97.
I only threw two pitches, two and a half pitches.
My changeup was always the work in progress.
But I was like, fastball, curveball, that was it.
And, you know, just as time goes on, the game changes, your body changes, you know, your velocity changes.
And like you said, like...

and they like put together just an incredible plan and sat me down and they're like hey like we don't want you just to miss your time and come back and whatever like we're going to use these six eight weeks to like get stronger get bigger get faster like we want you to be way ahead of everyone at the end of the year and it kind of felt like that like it it wasn't anything like crazy groundbreaking but it was like let's find ways to push while you can't run great let's
get you on the assault bike and compete against yourself and do all these great programs.
Let's get in the gym and do whatever we can.
Let's, you know, clean up some mechanical things and some pitch things.
It's hard to do all that in season when you're taking the ball every fifth day and you're really concerned with, like, the box scores.
But when you take a step back, so, like, PT, strength coach, pitching coaches, assistant pitching coaches, like, everyone worked together and put together this program.
And I just...
