Rick, you're in charge of the AFL clubs.
Obviously, a separate entity is the Premier League.
I was just thinking from the position of the Scottish Premier League and how they look to have done something different to their lower divisions.
Was that something that you think could happen in our country?
And was that also a worry for you, seeing the situation unfold in Scotland?
Rick, since this obviously virus came into the country and throughout Europe, there was almost like a date set for the Premier League.
And I think initially it was April 3rd, then it went to the end of April.
Now, I don't think anyone realistically thought they were dates really to get playing.
It was almost like a line in the sand to maybe have meetings.
And there's something similar today, I think, with the Premier League.
When we keep using these dates and maybe pushing them further back, does there ever become a stage where there's actually a date where you think, actually, that's a date where we actually can go on and play?
So rather than actually a start date, there's almost like an end date where you think, well, actually, if nothing's finished and fulfilled by then, we have to draw the line in the sand and move on to next season.
Well, Ryan, there's a lot of clubs in the AFL, all got different situations, certainly financially.
I mean, what's the financial situation at your club with certainly players or maybe you and your staff, whether you're being asked to defer wages, cut wages?
How's it been for Plymouth?
Ryan, you said that you were in a healthy financial situation at this moment, but you were manager of Bury and when they went under, how fearful are you with the people you're speaking to within the league and the contacts that you've got, that this could really massively affect a lot of other clubs and you couldn't see another situation like Bury?
Ryan, you've mentioned current situations and mentioned Nick Parry a couple of times.
What do you want as an AFL manager right now?
What do you want from your governing body now and your club?
What do you want from them?
