With Verhoff, I mean, if you were in the front office of a team that drafted him, how would you weigh the decision of whether to bring him to the NHL right away or not?

And we know that jump can be difficult, although, on the other hand, we've seen a player like Matthew Schaefer do it and really excel this year.

You were, of course, taking second overall, made the jump right after your draft year.
