So GLP-1s don't change your face or your body.
It's more the result of your skin from weight loss.
Okay.
I think there's a misconception out there.
They're like, wait, I don't want to get that.
With GLP-1s, the risk of losing muscle, because if we're not eating enough, we might not be eating enough protein.
We might not be lifting weights.
And you talk about how critical it is to focus on strong over skinny.
I can think about the times in my life where I've been the thinnest.
I've felt the worst.
I have felt the worst.
And I've also felt so hard to maintain.
I feel like the more we're focused on the wrong things, the more insecure we feel.
You look at the data, it's like 91% of girls and women literally opt out of meaningful activities in their life when they're worried about how they look or they don't like how they look.
And I just feel like we've bought into diet culture
in the wrong way for so long.
It's just a hack.
It's such an easy hack that almost anybody can do.
I want to just announce it to the world.
