And then I look at the outcome of what happened and I'm just like, whoa. And you know, I come, you know, I was adopted. My family that raised me is amazing, multiple families, but my parents work so hard. They work just as hard as me and did not have the outcome, not even close. And I wonder with you, um,

What do you think it is that you have experienced so much success in so many different areas in your life?

Like, what, like, do I feel like I'm in alignment in this job or in this relationship or in this, you know, hobby or in this friendship or friendship circle? Like, what does that, like, how would you describe to someone listening who wants to tune in more to understanding like, oh yeah, okay, I'm in alignment. Like, this is like, you know, or flow or, or whatever versus, um, yeah.

Oh, I'm, you know, I'm just hearing fire engines for no reason. Like how do you, how do you, how do you kind of learn to feel that in your body and then to trust it?

I love what you just said is to ask. And it's so simple, but that's like the step I think most of us skip. We're sitting around waiting. We're waiting for something, but maybe we just need to ask, like, what am I supposed to do in this situation? Or, you know, just ask the question and then just try to create space to hear the answer.
