Multiple firms, and if they put together a list and the names appear on multiple lists, that shows that you've got a candidate, not just Neil Glassberg's guys, and then everybody else on the outside of him doesn't get a sniff.

That's the only problem I have with one search firm as opposed to multiple avenues.
