I'm going to deny it just because I think that the teams that are right there in those bottom five, I think they all have a lot of work to do.
The Leafs would probably be the most intriguing one because there are some pieces there, but the spine of the team isn't there.
That's the thing.
They don't have a number one defenseman.
They don't have, you know, like they don't have, like, even bring Tanev back and a healthy Matthews.
That's all that's been really missing the last couple months is those two guys.
Impact players, believe me, but are they impacted enough to get you over the hump against the teams in the Atlantic?
That's the biggest challenge.
Well, there also might be something, too, Brian, to the point where if there is going to be some major changes in the offseason, you know, the league's been weird this year.
Maybe one of the changes is a Patterson trade.

Maybe these teams are more willing to do it in the offseason and Vancouver's willing to try and get some assets back.
