Do you understand that, Mark?
Do you understand what both Cotter and also Dave Rennie are actually talking about?
Because what Dave Rennie said is that he said, you know, rather than a guy making one big hit or an offload or something like that, he's looking more at what he called down and ups.
Like when the guy makes a tackle, how quickly he's back in line, how quickly he's making the second play.
He's got a cutoff point in terms of seconds and in terms of how many times during a game you do that.
And what he said was that there's a percentage line.
If you fall below that percentage line in the stats for him,
You have to make it up in training.
He then puts you through this absolutely grueling thing because he wants you to be able to, he said, it's got to become second nature that when you hit the ground, the next move you're up, you're in that line and you're doing it again.
And he actually even made the point, he said a couple of years ago, Adi Savia came to him and he said was way below what was wanted and expected.
And the improvement in Adi Savia, he said, is that, is that headspace that it's not about doing this, it's what you do after you do that bit.
Do you understand what I mean?
That's what he's saying.
