You know, they are going to name like a figurehead nominal captain,

But I think the leadership group one, which we're never really going to know about because it's something that's kept in the inner sanctum of the All Blacks, and especially who they are.

We could probably guess who they are, but exactly how they function, that to me is the intriguing thing.

Because as you say...

He says there's going to be changes there.

And does he mean that players who were in it last year aren't actually going to be playing for the All Blacks at all this year?

But imagine if you were someone who was involved in that last year and you find yourself not and just you're back to being part of the squad.

That's a really interesting proposition, how that's going to affect the dynamic, the chemistry.

Maybe some guys will like it.

Maybe they don't want that responsibility anymore.

Maybe they've had a go and they're like, okay, we'll pass it on to someone else.

So, yeah, I'm really intrigued about that and sort of intrigued to see what we can find out around all of that as the season progresses.

It feels like it, and it is worth mentioning Mike Blair, who didn't speak publicly, but it was good to have a sit down and chat because he's a guy that we don't really know that much about.

We will, as time goes on, I'm sure he's going to be up for media plenty of times.

Nice guy, friendly guy.

I'm sure he's got some really interesting things to say that New Zealand rugby fans are going to be really intrigued by because he's a guy who's coming from the outside in.
