So to me, that tells me that

these people are actually chatting back and forth with the agents several times each, not just asking one question.

So it appears that these agents are actually doing a lot of work for the companies.

And this results in zero churn for the company.

That means they have not lost any customers, or at least they don't on average from a month-to-month basis.

So that's pretty huge for financial implications as well.
