But she learned so much of the same fundamentals that AV teaches you to be able to do so many different things.

And then right now, my other student, Kayla, she's going into more design work.

She's doing great things out there.

And I'm so excited to see where she goes.

And I have another student, Ethan, who is now AVA certified from Extron, level one, level zero for Q-SYS and control 101 for Q-SYS and debating on taking control 201 and starting the LUA training, the block controller training.

And he's graduating this summer.

And I know he's met so many of my companies that I've worked with that I know he's going to get out of this college and I know he's going to have a great career.

And that's the nice part about my role.

I get to see these people start down here and then go all the way up to high level stuff.

And I'm like, you did it because you were driven to do it.

It was some motivation, some teaching on my factor, but no.

Because of your drive, you went from here to here by the time you're done in college.

And it's amazing to see that.

It's amazing to experience that, especially when they go into AV programming.

I mean, we need so many more AV programmers out there that understand so much more than just I can write a code, you know?

So a lot of the times what I've noticed with my students is if they can go in and they can get frustrated at a TV mount because the wall is not right.

Like the actual, like the stud of the wall, the metal stud is crooked.

and you're sitting there frustrated, you're going in with a drill, and you see them frustrated, and they're not giving up.

That's the first sign in my eyes that, hey, there's a lot of failure in programming.

You can write this thousand code, and then all of a sudden it's,
