like line number 200 that fails and you're like ah now i gotta fix line 200 and all of a sudden line 400 fails and line 300 fails and it's it's the consistency of like i'm gonna get this and i'm not gonna give up it's that drive that really makes a good programmer in my eyes and i'm just a tool to give you multiple areas
You know, it's really your drive and your passion of I want to fix this.
I want to figure it out.
Yeah, I honestly I do.
But it's higher ed.
You know, it's all about time management.
It's all about balancing, you know, work and personal life, taking the needed PTO to relax.
You know, it's the factor of you go into the office, you get as much as you can done and you try to help out as many people as you can.
Because realistically, I'm one guy, but I can do quite a bit.
You know, if I manage my time and I have my calendar set for different things, there's times where my calendar doesn't have anything on it.
And I'm like, OK, I'm going to program for 30 minutes, set a timer, just like James was talking about with the holidays.
I'm going to program for 30 minutes and then I'm going to take an hour break and I'm going to go check in with what I say my clients, but they're more co-workers because they have so many projects.
I walk into their office and say, hey,
How's it going?
Here's the update on this.
I'll follow up with an email later on.
It's the factor of just time management, be able to manage your own time, be able to manage all of those perspectives.
You can do it, but it will take some time to learn how to manage your time properly.
And your office will be a mess.
Like I'm testing so many things right now that might be broken, but that's okay.
