It's incredibly valuable.
And one of the most valuable things in my eyes is my boss.
He doesn't breathe down my neck.
He says, all right, you got it?
You got it?
Cool, done.
And that's very freeing in my eyes in higher ed because I know my boss knows that I'm an expert in this stuff.
And I know that I can manage my own time as long as no one's breathing down my neck.
And that is one of the most amazing things to have when you're outside of college is having a boss that doesn't do that.
And with like the whole time management stuff, in all honesty, there's gonna be slow days.
I can save these cameras for a slow day because all I'm doing right now is testing Q-SYS plugins and testing controllers for it to make sure that they work so our school can save money.
But it's also the factor of when I slow down, I can actually go through my office and clean it.
I don't have to clean it that day.
I don't have to come in.
I can come into a messy office, get all my work done, and then when it's slower, I can clean it out.
It's the time management and being able to prioritize different things.
I would honestly share one thing.
