But so what's the gist here?
I don't... I wouldn't mind looking at that.
I mean, if it prompts people to start looking after themselves better, I mean...
I'm sure I could die of anything at any time.
I think my heart health is pretty good.
I look after myself and I get regular exercise and I don't eat meat and I don't smoke, I don't drink.
I mean, this is science and this does tell us that this can absolutely improve your quality of life and, you know, long-term add years to your life.
