It's actually my favorite aside from Slack is incredible, especially for communicating with a lot of different departments in one team.
I also daily use If This Then That, the app, but that's also very helpful between those two platforms to stay organized as well.
It custom built.
We built our own software because at the time when I launched in 2008, there was no Shopify or Magento or all these cool, you know, big commerce.
None of that existed.
So we actually my CEO architected the entire system custom to us.
And our our engineer, one of our engineers in Costa Rica coded and built it.
And it works beautifully for us.
