But it was more focused on the stories, Patrice's story and the, you know, the community relationships and all that sort of thing going through.
And a love story or two and a mystery.

But I think that that worked because it really showed the reader this is what they're fighting for.
These are people's lives.
It's not just some people living on a plot of land.
And I think that that was really important to drive home, you know, the gravity of what the bill would mean.
It wasn't dry and I appreciated that.
Well, I think this is a bit of an older book, but it's the only book that I will recommend to absolutely anybody, which is the Poisonwood Bible.
Yes.
And it just was one of those books that I keep coming back to.
And just the way that she has these different character perspectives and
You know, they're in the middle of the African jungle in this tiny village and I just love the journeys of the characters.
So that's one book that I will recommend to anybody.
