veteran defensemen around them that can teach them the way that can not hold their hand but make sure that when the times are tough like that there's somebody there to answer the bell as well so it's not so much how many it's more so that the young players have that protection around them on their line
And then the other lines can kind of figure it out from there.
So if you're bringing in two young forwards in your lineup, well, then you probably need four established players to play with them in order to insulate them a little bit.
And you're bringing in a new young defenseman, well, then you need a veteran defenseman, Philip Hronik, to play with them or somebody like that.

If you have him do that in a proper setting, you should be able to get more for him.
Obviously, the value on a lot of these players are not where you want it to be, maybe minus Hronik.

Are they scoring?
And then let's see if there's something to be done because the contracts for what you're paying them, if they play up to what we kind of know and expect they should be doing, they're not bad.
And then there are players that you'd want on winning teams as well.
Are they necessarily players you want when you're at the bottom of the standings?
No, they carry a little bit too much salary.
And again, they're on the wrong side age-wise.
