How do you manage to not let it become a distraction?

That's a tougher one because it will be talked about.

And it will come in.

Outside of him coming in, putting up 100 points, being the best player on the team, there will always be decision-making, whether it's ice time, whether it's how he's being used, stuff like this that will come up.

You have to, again, approach it honestly.

And that's where I'm not worried about Manny.

knowing Manny being Manny kind of thing.

He will be fair.

He will not play favors.

He will probably be a little harder on his own kid.

If it's good for him, great.

If not, it's one of those things they will know better themselves.
