So this doesn't help them at all.

Most low-wage workers simply don't have a federal tax liability, so it means nothing to them.

And then the third problem is we actually have a very significant revenue problem in this country.

And so tax cuts are one reason why we are looking at a really unsustainable fiscal path.

So I think it's complex.

I think it's poorly targeted.

And I think it's a waste.

And so the minute you open, it's so much easier to grant a tax cut than to take it back, obviously.

I mean, I think if we start seeing a lot of fraud, which I predict we will, at least we might be in a market where we can put up more guardrails.
