I'd figured life out a little bit more, but no, it was, yeah, one day maybe I'll finish it off.

But yeah.

I hope so.

As a young fella, I remember watching, you know, Colt Crowley and his brother at halfback.

And, you know, there was all the Allison boys and names that people won't know, like me and Marshall, guys that actually Geordie's father-in-law to be.

Oh, yeah.

So all those guys.

There was the Lions games at Rugby Park there up in New Plymouth, and I remember being at all of those.

You know, they were good times and that was when club rugby was pretty hectic up there too, you know, the old rucking days and chaps.

Actually, I remember a real good memory I have is Barnsley played for New Plymouth Old Boys, who's the team that, you know, big city rivalry of two club where my old man was coaching.

And Barnsley was...

He was all go and there was brawls everywhere.

And I never forget Barnsley coming off at Rugby Park.

I was about nine, I reckon, and watching him come off.

I just couldn't believe this blonde filly had cut his head.

I mean, his whole head was red.

His whole hair was red.

I just always have that picture in my head.

Yeah, it's obviously, it obviously didn't hurt him too much with his new role.
